Yes. We regularly build from plans prepared by your architect or building designer. If you are starting from scratch, we can coordinate a designer and engineer so the plans are priced and buildable from day one.
We coordinate the approval pathway with you, whether that is a development application through council or a complying development certificate through a private certifier, along with engineering, BASIX and the other reports your project needs.
You receive a written, itemised quote that lists inclusions, allowances and exclusions. That way you can compare quotes like for like and know what is and is not in the price before you sign.
For many renovations and ground floor extensions, yes. We stage the work so kitchens, bathrooms and access are disrupted for as short a time as possible. For second storey additions and major structural work, we will talk through whether moving out for part of the build is safer.

Derc Construction started building in July 2006. Twenty years on, the work spans new homes, knockdown rebuilds, extensions, multi-dwelling developments and commercial projects across metropolitan NSW.
What has not changed is how we run a job. You deal with one point of contact. The scope and inclusions are agreed before anyone picks up a tool. The site is kept safe and tidy, and you hear from us before you have to ask. When the keys are handed over, it is a building we are happy to put our name to.
We work with homeowners building for their family, investors and developers building to sell or hold, and businesses that need space built or fitted out. The scale changes from job to job. The standard does not.
The person who prices your job stays with it through construction, so nothing gets lost between handovers and you always know who to call.
Inclusions, allowances and exclusions are written down before work starts, so the price you agree to is the price you plan around.
